Super premium Coffee Wood is hand-scraped to remove bark and then hand-split into very small pieces to be used in a cold smoker. Sun dried to 15% to ensure freshness. This medium density smoke would be comparable to pecan and hickory, but with a unique flavor profile that needs to be experienced/tasted to understand.
