This is our wildly popular Rambutan smoking wood. Pairs well with all meats.
Super premium Rambutan Wood hand-scraped to remove bark and then hand- split into good sized chunks. Sun dried to 15% to ensure freshness. This medium density smoke would be comparable to pecan and hickory but with a unique flavor profile that needs to be experienced/tasted to understand.
